CME Officer Duties:

Prior to Meeting:

Complete and submit the Joint Providership Application (download from AANS website at http://www.aans.org/Education%20and%20Meetings/Joint%20Providership.aspx) /

This is technically due 6 months prior to meeting date but invited speakers need to be selected their planned talks finalized to provide educational goals, etc for meeting.

Forward invoice for joint providership application fee to treasurer for payment. Obtain disclosures from RMNS board members, abstract presenters, and invited speakers (for 2017 this link will be https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RMNS2017)

Obtain meeting program from RMNS secretary and forward to AANS CME representative (Katy L. Meyer – klm@aans.org)

It is important to do this as early as possible to allow any changes required by AANS to be implemented before finalization and printing of program.

At Meeting:

Submit final list of meeting attendees to AANS

At completion of meeting AANS will send link to attendees to provide meeting evaluation and attendance verification for CME credit.

Following completion of meeting, the final program and meeting budget are submitted to AANS for verification of CME compliance.

Following Meeting:

Forward Invoice for joint providership to treasurer for payment.
