  • Await the Spring Newsletter and post on site.
  • Support efforts to promote annual meeting registration.

June – July

  • Gather and update information to update the website following annual meeting.

  • Archive minutes of the summer Executive Committee meeting.
  • Archive minutes of Annual Business Meeting.

August – November

  • Await the Fall Newsletter and post on the site.
  • Archive previous newsletter.

December

  • Configure, test, and activate RegOnline site for annual meeting registration.
  • Configure, test, and activate online abstract center.
  • Renew contract for web hosting and site maintenance.

  • Monitor function of the Website.
