The RMNS Resident Award
The Rocky Mountain Neurosurgical Society sponsors a competitive Resident Award at its annual meeting. The Award is given to the best abstract submitted by a resident currently in training at a program in the Rocky Mountain region. This does not include fellows. The submissions will be judged by a panel of RMNS executive committee members. The top 4 candidates will be notified as such prior to the meeting. The Award will be announced at the meeting and the winner will be acknowledged at the awards banquet.
The society will reimburse reasonable travel expenses for the resident award winner up to $1000. In addition, the society will provide lodging and registration expenses plus a $400 honorarium. The remaining 3 finalists will each receive a $100 honorarium.
